Return & Refund
We accept returns within 14 days.

Simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org), indicating the item(s) and the reason why you want to return it.
Step 2: After you receive the return instructions from us, pack the items you want to return.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
*The return package should send back to the address provided by customer service
Step 4: We'll issue the refund to your original payment account after step 3 (usually 5 days). Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 5: The refunded money will be back in your account within 1-3 business days.

1.The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
2. The foreign transaction fee is non-refundable.
* Some bank cards do not support USD settlement may cause extra foreign transaction fees. This fee will be included in your order payment and drawn by the bank.
- Non-refundable items: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, diapers, wet wipes, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging . We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Clearance items (will be notified on our website) or free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that haven't followed our instructions.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the returned items.
