Return & Refund
You may return items within 14 days from the date of package receipt. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service (email@example.com) to inform us which item(s) you want to return and why.
Step 2: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to pack and ship the item(s).
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
*Return packages should be sent to the address provided by customer service.
Step 4: We will process your refund after receiving the returned item(s), which typically takes 5 days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
Step 5: The refunded money will be back in your account within 1-3 business days.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
The foreign transaction fee is non-refundable.
- Please note that some bank cards may charge extra foreign transaction fees due to lack of USD settlement support. This fee will be included in your order payment and collected by the bank.
- Non-refundable items include lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, diapers, wet wipes, baby supplies, and accessories (excluding scarves, bags, and blankets).
- The returned item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Clearance items (as notified on our website) or free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have not followed our instructions.
- Freight To Collect (FTC) service is not available for returned items.
